Iberostar, like many in the hospitality industry, was facing significant challenges in attracting new talent to fill their open positions. To tackle this, they partnered with Inbound Recruiting Bootcamp, experts in recruitment marketing, to completely revamp their employment page. The goal was to offer potential candidates an authentic glimpse into the company culture, using real testimonials from current employees who could share their experiences firsthand.

I had the opportunity to travel to Mallorca to capture these powerful stories, filming at both the hotels and corporate offices. The focus was on letting the employees tell their own stories—genuine accounts of what it’s like to work at Iberostar. In addition to the video interviews, we captured professional photos that further enhanced the visual appeal of the new employment page.

To wrap up the project, we made a Case Study video that documented the entire process from start to finish. The end result was a refreshed employee page that gives job seekers an honest look at life at Iberostar, all through the voices of those who live it every day.
